GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
In a spirit of respect, inclusiveness and safety for all, Les Halles de Schaerbeek wants to ensure that every guest has a serene, caring and respectful cultural experience.
The present general conditions apply to the sale, by Les Halles de Schaerbeek, of tickets for shows and festive events, subject to the specific provisions for certain reservation formulas.
Confirmation of the reservation by the purchaser and payment for the tickets imply unreserved acceptance of these conditions of sale. The purchaser is aware that if these conditions are not respected, access to the hall will be refused without compensation.
RATES
The applicable rates are those indicated in our season brochure and on our website halles.be on each show page. Any request for clarification of our pricing policy ("Pay what you can") can be made at the Halles de Schaerbeek box office, via the e-mail address billetterie@halles.be or by telephone on 02 218 21 07.
If you are entitled to a reduced fare, you may be asked to produce valid proof of entitlement at any time when you collect your ticket from the box office. No discount will be granted after payment has been made.
Tickets purchased online automatically incur a non-refundable €0.50 internet fee.

Reservations must be paid for at the time of booking or within five calendar days at the latest.
Failing this, reserved seats will automatically be released for sale.
Tickets that have been paid for cannot be cancelled, postponed, exchanged or reimbursed (with the exceptions mentioned in this document).
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
As part of our partnership policy with the various cultural institutions in Brussels, certain shows may be performed elsewhere than at Les Halles de Schaerbeek.
The location of ex situ performances at Les Halles de Schaerbeek is indicated on the show's web page on halles.be, the ticket, the e-ticket, the booking email, the newsletters and as a reminder on our social networks.
VALIDATION
You declare that you have read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation before finalising your order. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale, by ticking the box "I accept the General Conditions of Sale" allows you to validate your order.
The ticket order is only binding on Les Halles de Schaerbeek on receipt of an e-mail confirming payment of the transaction. Consequently, we invite you to consult your electronic mailbox.
Any validated order makes the sale firm and definitive. Any modification or cancellation of the purchase is impossible. In accordance with the Code of Economic Law, distance and off-premises sales are not susceptible to a right of retraction by the purchaser, in the case of a leisure activity for which the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution.
The data recorded by Les Halles de Schaerbeek constitutes proof of all transactions made with the purchaser. The data recorded by the secure payment system constitutes proof of the financial transactions with the purchaser.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF A PERFORMANCE
Les Halles de Schaerbeek reserves the right to make any changes to the order, duration and distribution of the show.
On the other hand, Les Halles de Schaerbeek reserve the right to cancel any performance which cannot take place if fortuitous events or cases of force majeure oblige them to do so, such as (and without this list being exhaustive) epidemics, bad weather, strikes, fire, attack, war, water damage, illness of a performer, etc. In such a case, Les Halles de Schaerbeek will offer another performance date or, failing that, a refund of the ticket. Refunds will only be made by bank transfer.
Requests for ticket refunds or exchanges must be sent to the Halles de Schaerbeek ticketing department by e-mail to billetterie@halles.be or by telephone on 02 218 21 07 on Wednesdays and on performance days from 14:00 > 18:00.
USE OF THE TICKET
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. They are personal and non-transferable. It is only valid for the venue, performance, date and time indicated on the ticket.
It must be presented at the entrance to the performance venue. A valid official identity card may be required to identify the purchaser of the ticket. Les Halles de Schaerbeek cannot be held responsible if this optional check has not been carried out, particularly in the event that a ticket has been counterfeited.
The ticket must be accompanied by its control coupon. If it has a barcode, the ticket can be checked using an electronic optical reading system.
It must be kept for the duration of the ticket holder's stay at the performance venue and must be available for presentation at any security check on site.
ACCESS TO THE PERFORMANCE
The performance begins at the time indicated on the ticket. The opening of the auditorium doors is random, depending on the technical specifications of the show.
Late spectators will only have access to the auditorium during a possible interruption, failing which their seat will be forfeited without compensation. Due to the configuration of certain theatres, or the artistic constraints inherent in certain shows, it may be impossible to admit latecomers.
The duration of the show for creations varies and is only known a few days before the performance.
For security reasons, spectators may be required to undergo a pat-down and/or scan at the entrance to the performance venue. Access may be refused to anyone who fails to comply with this security measure. It is strictly forbidden to bring into the performance site any object likely to be used as a projectile, any dangerous object or any pyrotechnic item.
Mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.
RIGHT OF ENTRY AND PUBLIC SAFETY
The Halles de Schaerbeek team reserves the right to refuse access to or exclude any person whose behaviour or attitude is likely to cause a disturbance to the smooth running of the event or to represent a danger to themselves, the public, the artists or the team. This decision may be taken at any time, including during the event.
The aim of this measure is to maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone, and should in no way be interpreted as a discriminatory judgement. It is part of our commitment to making Les Halles an inclusive space, free from any form of violence, harassment or discrimination.
RESPECT FOR THE PUBLIC CHARTER
Everyone present on the site undertakes to respect the public charter, which can be consulted here and at the entrance to Les Halles de Schaerbeek. In the event of manifest non-compliance with this charter, Les Halles de Schaerbeek reserves the right to refuse entry or to exclude the person concerned, without this giving rise to any right to a refund of the ticket.
GIFT CARDS
The gift card is valid for the current season and until the date shown on the card.
The validity date cannot be postponed.
The gift card cannot be refunded or transferred to a later season.
INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS ANS IMAGE RIGHTS
Halles de Schaerbeek retains all intellectual rights held by the institution with regard to the representation. With the exception of copyright exceptions, the purchaser may not in any way infringe the copyright of Les Halles de Schaerbeek and/or that of a third party (director, actors, etc.).
It is forbidden to photograph, film or record the performance in any form whatsoever.
If Les Halles de Schaerbeek have arranged for the performance to be filmed and/or photographed, the audience may appear incidentally on the said recording. By accepting the present general conditions and/or by attending the performance, the purchaser and/or the person(s) for whom he/she is buying a ticket(s) accepts that his/her (their) image(s) may be reproduced within the framework of this recording and be exploited, in any form whatsoever, by Les Halles de Schaerbeek. This right is granted worldwide free of charge.
COMPLAINTS - DISPUTES
Any complaint must be made at the latest the day after the performance by letter to Les Halles de Schaerbeek - 20 rue de la constitution, 1030 Schaerbeek or by e-mail to billetterie@halles.be.
No subsequent complaints will be taken into account.
The sale of tickets by Halles de Schaerbeek is subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the French-speaking courts of Brussels will have jurisdiction.
