Spring
Gandini Juggling
In their ode to spring, Gandini Juggling has teamed up with one of the most celebrated British dance company. Just like an equinox: day and night, dance and juggling find the perfect balance and create a moment of pure elegance, away from the vagary of life.
Thanks to the jugglers’ virtuosity, Spring is a unique piece of heaven where no drops are allowed.
A geometric paradise with endless patterns flowing into one another, a sensory paradise that displays an infinite chromatic fantasy, like a Bach’s canon. Spring is a moment out of time, where senses and mind are in unison.
L’arrimage de la jonglerie avec la chorégraphie et la musique relève de l’exploit. Jean Siag, La Presse
To see one person doing this is a delight; to see many is even more delightful. Brian Seibert, New York Times
[...] There is something so satisfying about watching the repetitions of the jugglers’ hypnotic geometry, the balls caught to the coarse beat and glitchy melodies of Gabriel Prokofiev’s live strings and electronics soundtrack. Lyndsey Winship, The Guardian
